Adero accounts are created in the app. You choose what a companion calls you — Adero doesn't require your legal name for that, and it doesn't require your birth date.

You can read about all eight before you download anything, and you don't have to decide in advance. Meeting them is how you find out.

Subscription and billing
Subscription
Adero's monthly subscription, what it includes, and how billing works are set out in the Terms of Use.
Cancelling
Cancellation is governed by the Terms of Use, and subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed in your Apple account settings.
Restore Purchases
If you've reinstalled Adero or changed device, Restore Purchases re-associates an existing subscription with your account. The Terms describe how this works.
Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under their policies. The Terms set out Adero's position.
Your data
Privacy
What Adero collects, how it's used, how long it's kept, and the choices available to you are all in the Privacy Policy.
Memory and personalisation
Adero keeps track of things you share so conversations continue rather than restart. Those memories are created automatically and can be wrong.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy, along with what happens to your information afterwards.

What the companions are
Adero's companions are AI. They can be wrong, and they are not a therapist, doctor or emergency service.

Technical issues
Adero is not yet available on the App Store, so there is no app build to troubleshoot. Once it ships, this is where troubleshooting guidance will live.
